Classic Creations, like many internet and catalog retailers, employs other companies and individuals to perform specific functions on our behalf. Examples included fulfilling orders, delivery of packages, mail and e-mail, credit card processing services, research that improves the quality of services or offers provided to you. These providers have access to the information that they require to perform their functions but are strictly forbidden from using it for any other purposes.

SHIP TIME

Ship time varies depending on the item chosen and location of the factory. When you select the item of interest, you will see the lead time for that particular product.

ORDERING, STOCK, INVOICING, RETURNS

Once an order proof is approved, the item is in production and cannot be changed. Once your order has been produced, it cannot be returned.

If the ordered item is out of stock, Classic Creations will notify you of a comparable product, or you are able to cancel the order or wait for stock to arrive.

If required, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

An invoice will be emailed or mailed after the product is shipped.

If there is a problem with your order after it has been received, please contact your sales representative for resolution.  We strive to make our customers happy, so if there is a problem we will resolve it.
